Ideo, Netflix, Zappos... These companies have in common to have written a culture book. As Jurgen appelo suggests, a culture book is a superb tool for entreching the new culture, the values of employees. Yet experiments are still rare. The practice management 3.0 culture book suggests co-constructing it on the basis of employee accounts describing a value of the company, the team.
On our side, we arrived at a similar result but following a very different path that I will tell you about.
